Leafline Sourcing: independent partner for leaf-spring RFQs

Separate buyer, coordinator and supplier responsibilities. We coordinate requirements and supplier responses for commercial-vehicle and trailer leaf spring packs. Manufacturing claims belong to the actual supplier.

Responsibilities and evidence boundaries

Leafline Sourcing remains an independent sourcing partner for leaf spring suspension inquiries covering commercial-vehicle and trailer packs plus accompanying bushings, shackles and hangers. Service scope must be agreed for each inquiry. This site does not invent street addresses, telephone directories, factory audits, customer counts or savings percentages. Observed keyword figures retained from 2026-06-01 describe historical search exports and do not forecast inquiry volume.

When a buyer needs comparable quotes, we organize the requirement around overall length, center distance, width, leaf count, load rating and eye diameter, then ask suppliers for drawings, packing lists and sample terms. Acceptance stays with the buyer; manufacturing claims stay with the quoting plant. Optional target budget (currency and per-spring or whole-order basis) and supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided) are buyer tradeoffs used after scope matches, not verified ratings.

Requirement and confirmation ledger
Decision pointBuyer / supplier question
What buyers controlApplication requirements, budget preferences, quantity, acceptance decisions and whether a mono-leaf or multi-leaf arrangement stays within the stated load envelope. Buyers also decide whether a remanufactured pack with core charge language is acceptable for the same seat geometry.
What the service coordinatesRequirement clarification for commercial packs and hangers, requests for information from truck leaf spring manufacturers and documented quotation comparisons on equal scope. We keep complete packs separate from bushing-only or hanger-only lines so bill-of-materials disputes stay visible.
What suppliers confirmFitment references, production scope, drawings, sample terms, packing lists, new versus remanufactured condition and shipment commitments for the named spring boundary. Sample approval notes must name revision and lot identifiers when batch continuity matters.
What remains openNo own-factory identity, authorization, customer count or savings percentage is implied. Domain registration status for marketing names does not equal ownership claims on this page. Vehicle fitment remains open until the supplier and buyer confirm the same axle identifiers and mounting position.
