Data collected

When you submit the procurement form, Leafline Sourcing may receive name, work email, phone, company and the free-text requirement field. Optional budget and supplier preference notes may be merged into that requirement field at submission time.

Purpose

Collected information is used to clarify specifications, contact potential suppliers and respond to the inquiry. It is not sold as a marketing list.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to process the sourcing request and related follow-up, subject to operational and legal requirements.

Third parties

Relevant specification details may be shared with candidate suppliers solely to obtain quotes. Hosting and form-processing providers may process technical logs necessary to deliver the site.
